Our Key Activities

Translating our mission into tangible results through sustainable, community-driven solutions in Eastern Uganda.

Agriculture

Market Linkages & Agribusiness

Improving Access to Profitable Markets

We work to ensure that smallholder farmers receive fair value for their labor by bridging the gap between the farm and the consumer.

  • Cooperatives: Organizing farmers into cooperatives and producer groups for better bargaining power.
  • Market Access: Linking farmers directly to buyers, processors, and exporters to eliminate exploitative middlemen.

Youth & Women Empowerment

Creating inclusive opportunities for the most energetic yet often marginalized members of our community.

  • Supporting youth-led agribusinesses and ensuring women have equal access to land, inputs, and finance.
